M&R Engineering is a fast-paced environment. We offer many opportunities to learn and challenge your technical capabilities in high precision machining. Most importantly, we believe in pushing the envelope and that quality is the responsibility of every line employee. The CNC SWISS Screw Machine Set up operator responsible for Swiss Tsugami and Hanwha SWISS for metal components with tight tolerances in a job shop environment with daily set ups. As a result, this position requires the individual to be able to take the program and set-up the machine and meet production set-up and run times.
