Our Team Becomes One of the First AS9100 Rev D Certified Machine Shops September 08, 2017: Congratulations to M&R Engineering team for successfully completing audit for AS9100 Rev D certification and ISO 9001 :2015 certification.  This is a great accomplishment for Orange County based  Screw machine shop running both metal and plastic components to become one of the first AS9100 Rev D Certified Machine Shops.

Upgrading Quality Equipment with Keyence CMM to Measure Complex CNC Machined Parts July 16, 2017: We are excited to expand our quality lab capabilities with addition of the latest technology Keyence Hand-Held Probe CMM.  This technology will allow to measure more complex CNC machined parts.  

Investing in Quality Development with NTMA Inspection Class February 27, 2017: Congratulations to Danni, David, and Armando for the successful completion of the 12-week NTMA ETP Inspection Course. Completing this time-demanding assignment to further advance their skills in the principles and practice of inspection devices used in the shop floor. These ranged from geometric dimensioning and tolerancing to usage of the coordinate measuring machine (CMM).

Adding Multispindle Davenport Capacity February 13, 2017: Today is an exciting day for M&R Engineering. We have added two Longbend Multispindle Davenports to help us engineer longer more complex high volume parts. We are excited to utilize this technology to create more efficient and high-quality parts for our customers.

Partnering with NTMA for Employee Development January 12, 2017: Congratulations to Ramon, M&R Engineering’s first graduate of the 10-week NTMA ETP introductory Computer Numerical Control (CNC) course. This intensive course was designed for experienced machinists and machine operators.

Adding Another 20 Millimeter Machine to Expand Capacity in Swiss December 28, 2016: M&R Engineering adds a 20-millimeter Tsugami Swiss machine, the second Tsugami CNC machine added in 2016. We are excited to expand our capabilities and master our operation of these pieces of equipment.

Cutting Edge Technology with Mastercam Programming December 19, 2016: Kevin and Steve graduate from Mastercam 2017 programming class. This team completes the 5-person Mastercam programming graduating class.

Giving Back to the Community with First Presbyterian Church December 12, 2016: M&R Engineering gives back to the community and donates to the Shower of Ministry at First Presbyterian Church to support showers of over 300 hundred homeless people.
