Investing in Quality Development with NTMA Inspection Class February 27, 2017: Congratulations to Danni, David, and Armando for the successful completion of the 12-week NTMA ETP Inspection Course. Completing this time-demanding assignment to further advance their skills in the principles and practice of inspection devices used in the shop floor. These ranged from geometric dimensioning and tolerancing to usage of the coordinate measuring machine (CMM).

Adding Multispindle Davenport Capacity February 13, 2017: M&R Engineering adds 2 Longbed Multispindle Davenports to deal with longer more complex high volume parts.

Partnering with NTMA for Employee Development January 12, 2017: Congratulations to Ramon, M&R Engineering’s first graduate of the 10-week NTMA ETP introductory Computer Numerical Control (CNC) course. This intensive course was designed for experienced machinists and machine operators.

Adding Another 20 Millimeter Machine to Expand Capacity in Swiss December 28, 2016: M&R Engineering adds a 20-millimeter Tsugami Swiss machine, the second Tsugami CNC machine added in 2016. We are excited to expand our capabilities and master our operation of these pieces of equipment.

Completing AS9100 Rev C Re-certification November 21, 2016: Great achievement receiving re-certification of AS9100 Rev C and ISO 9001:2008. The M&R Engineering team is moving full speed ahead in preparations to transition to a process-based approach for the AS9100 Rev D in 2017.
